The hotel is an astonishing one, it offers rich breakfasts and reasonable location in the dinning area at the lower level. Make sure you stay in the standard room with the view of the garden. The service at the garden is excellent.

Nice building and rooms with regular shower. Classic breakfast with many options for all tipe of consumers and also fresh squeezed juice for every taste.
Not very nice views.

Staff very professional, went out of their way, assisted with getting my lost checked bag from the BUD airport, which failed to make it on my connector flight in Amsterdam to Budapest.
Distance from airport to hotel, but if you want a great hotel on either side of the river in Budapest, you need to get into the city. Plan on 25-30 minutes travel time, (recommend taxi), but worth the personal ride.

The comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Despite the long walk to the center, the public transport access was convenient. The check-in staff could improve their friendliness, but overall, great value for the price.

A good hotel in pleasant surroundings and close to a shopping mall for those that like convenient shopping.Good leisure facilities. The staff are very friendly and always look to please even when under pressure.
Food tends to be expensive and the choice is very limited.

The breakfast buffet was a delight with loads of options. I enjoyed the convenient location near local gems like Pane Vino and Vapiano. The lobby is spacious and inviting.
The room felt too hot. The AC wasn't cutting it. The sauna was a letdown since the Turkish one was out of service, leaving only the Finnish heated up. The pool could've been warmer for a proper swim.

The room was ok
They ask you to pay a security much higher than your room rent. i gave my credit card details as security they charged it saying its preauthorisation for 2 times the the cost. on final day i payed the rent in cash and they told me it will take 1 month to get the money back in my card that is shit. i have never been charged on my card when it was given as a security and not 2 times the amount . so basically i payed 3 times and i will get the money i payed extra after 1 month

Contemporary and correct. The staff are very friendly and always look to please.
Details like the toiletpaper holder not being fixed on the wall properly and the the rod to which the shower is suspended falling from the wall when touched.

The hotel is in a very good location, its a clean place and the personel that works there are very helpful.
Awful experience with the check-in procedure, at least when you have already booked/paid online in Booked.net, because I was requested to pay again the amount as a guarantee and I was told that once I check-out and everything is fine, that guarantee will be cancelled, which is unacceptable because I had already paid online and it should be more than enough as a guarantee for my stay. And the worse is that still until now, 2 weeks after my visit in Novotel, according to my banker, my money are still pending and out of my Visa account.Another negative point is the very expensive breakfast, plus 17e per person and the extremely uncomfortable beds to a point that you can not sleep, especially when you suffer with back problems.
